Control the raw material one by one step. Check raw material sample before mass production. Quality checking during 20% mass production. Quality checking during 80% mass production. Quality checking before sending raw material to producing department. Stewing material 1 hour and drying 24`48 hours with> high-爐emperature,QC check the skewer>stick燽y professional oisture instrument.> Polishing skewer to smooth with approx 3~8 hours. Grade select carefully before packing. Pack the goods with ccurate quantity with +/- 5%, we have mounting machine for checking. |
